Refund Information

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your PayPal account

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Golf Gloves (GLOVES) – Due to hygiene concerns
  • Golf Balls (GOLF BALLS BY THE BOX) – Once packaging is opened
  • Golf Tees (GOLF TEES) – Due to their nature as consumable products
  • Personalized or custom items

Defective items in these categories will be replaced with the same product.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
